Market Plan
- Use of purchased products.

Commission Distribution
- Company will distribute commission of 38% B.V. of Performance Bonus, Royalty bonus up to 6%, Technical Bonus up to 4% & Leader ship bonus up to 3% as per proper terms & condition.
- With the help and support of you and your partner this business returns you the favor in the form of extra and unlimited income.
You can earn income from 4 types in “Jay Bharat Marketing”
- When you can purchase items for yourself.
- Any Distributor purchase items from your group.
- You or Any distributor retails items from your group.
- New Member enters in your group.
Commission Calculations
- Your commission will be calculated as per total business of your group on monthly basis by Computerized system.
- From your total Commission, down line commission will be deducted to calculate you net commission.

Leadership Bonus:
Leadership Bonus will be calculated as below –
- Once you achieve 38% slab & on other leg you achieve 40,000/- B.V. you will get Rs.2,000/- monthly Bonus & on Rs.4,000/- monthly Bonus you will get 2% to 6% Royalty.
- FMCG product is compulsory buy If you want to earn Leadership bonus 750/- B.V. of 38% slab & 1,500/- B.V. of 2% to 6% of Royalty.
- Leadership bonus will be received at the same month when you met the criteria & it will received the once in a month.
Royalty Bonus:

Any distributor can earn Royalty Bonus once he will complete Terms & as per above table.
Terms –
- Above calculation will be done on Difference & Month Basis.
- Purchase of at least 750 B.V. on every month on JBM Product.
- As per companies norms at least two meetings in a month’s & 24 meetings in a year will be done & inform to company.
- Additional Terms will be in hand of Companies authority.
जेबीएम परिवार प्लान एवं कमिशन वितरण
जेबीएम परिवार का सदस्य बनने के लिए 500/- रुपए कीमत तक की कोई वस्तु या 250/- बीवी की खरीददारी करनी जरूरी है। खरीददारी के अलावा आपको 20 रुपए सदस्यता सक्रिय चार्ज देना होता है, सिर्फ एक बार।
प्रत्येक माह 1000 रुपए की खरीददारी करने वाले सदस्यों को कंपनी अपने समर्पित सदस्य मानती हुई 2,51,000/- रुपए दुर्घटनामृत्यु बीमा की सुविधा उपलब्ध करती है।
कमिशन सार :--
स्वयं की खरीदी के बिजनस वैल्यू का 22 फीसदी एवं 16 फीसदी तक परफामेंस बोनस, जो समूह की खरीददारी करने से बनता है।
लीडरशिप पहुंचने पर कंपनी आपको 3 फीसदी बोनस, रॉल्यटी पहुंचने पर कंपनी आप को 6 फीसदी बोनस एवं टेक्नीकल पहुंचने पर 4 फीसदी बोनस प्रदान करती है।
कुल मिलाकर कंपनी खरीदी के बिजनस वैल्यू का 51 फीसदी हिस्सा (22 + 16 + 3 + 6 + 4 = 51) वितरण करती है।
लीडरशिप के लिए ए लेग में 135000 बिजनस वैल्यू एवं बी लेग में केवल 40000 बिजनस वैल्यू लीडरशिप बोनस 3 फीसदी एवं 2000 रुपए अतिरिक्त कमिश्न स्लेब बिजनस वैल्यू आधारित प्रदान करती है।
रॉयल्टी पहुंचने पर कंपनी बिजनस वैल्यू का रॉयल्टी बोनस 2 से 6 फीसदी एवं 4000 रुपए अतिरिक्त प्रदान करती है।

दोनों लेगो में 250000 होने पर 1%, 500000 होने पर 1.5%, 1000000 होने पर 2%, 2000000 होने पर 2.5%

कंपनी के कुल मासिक बिजनस वोल्यूम पर 1.5% औसत आधार पर हर टेक्नीकल अचिवर के बीच डिवाइड किया जाता हें
ये बोनस आपकी मेन लेग के बी वी में से 2.5 लाख घटा कर शेष के औसत के आधार पर निकाला जाता हे
